Salon Policies & Guidelines

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Failure to do so may result in your service being adjusted to suit the remaining time (you will be charged for the full booked service) or rescheduled.
Park on the street, walk up the concrete strip driveway to the black sliding doors, this is the salon entry.
Please do not park in either driveway.
Please attend your appointment alone (including children over 6 months) as we have restricted space. If you need to bring someone with you, please give us as much notice as possible so we can accomodate.
Please keep noise from devices to a minimum. We make every effort to create a calm and relaxing space for everyone to enjoy. We have device chargers for your convenience, please feel free to bring headphones if needed.

Any adjustments to your colour are complementary within 7 business days of having your colour performed. You will be required to pay for styling (blow wave/waves etc). Any adjustments made after 7 business days will be charged as a new service.
If you change your service type within 48hrs of your appointment, you will be required to pay for the original booking charge (eg. you booked a full head of foils but changed your mind to only have a half head) as we allocate products, time and a stylist specifically to your service.
We only perform chemical services on hair that we feel is healthy enough to be altered by professional chemicals. If there is a build up present on the hair or previous unprofessional quality products used, a detox must be performed before the use of any chemical. This is an extra service and an extra charge. This also applies to unprofessional hair colour/dye.
We do not take any liability of any outcome if you do not disclose all information when we consult with you before your appointment or when asked in salon about your current routine, products or previous colour used that could affect the outcome.
All services MUST be paid for before leaving the salon. Our methods of payment include Cash, EFTPOS via Square or Bank Transfer. We do not provide accounts.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstance on any salon service performed.
We reserve the right to adjust our service and product prices at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be confirmed with a 50% non refundable deposit upfront. This secures your appointment. If you do not pay your deposit minimum 48 hours before your appointment time, it will be cancelled.
Deposits are non refundable, in line with our booking systems terms and conditions. They can be transferred if you reschedule outside of our cancellation period - 48 hours.
If you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your unattended service before making any future appointments or to secure any future appointments.
It is your responsibility to remember your appointments, our text and email reminders are complimentary.
